Safety & Sustainability
Sustainability and workplace safety are closely interconnected, and their relationship is essential for creating a healthy and responsible work environment

Effluent treatment plant
Utilizing our biological effluent treatment plant, we process effluent through anaerobic digestion, trickling media filtration, and an aeration system. The resulting treated water, enriched with microorganisms, supports our organic vegetable and fruit gardens. Additionally, biogas, a cleaner cooking fuel, is extracted as a byproduct, contributing to environmental sustainability. A significant benefit of our bio-digester system is the production of nutrient-rich organic sludge, used as valuable organic fertilizer.
Power
We derive 100% of our power consumption from our own captive wind energy generators. We regularly conduct energy audits and implement technology upgrades to minimize power consumption and fuel usage.

Rain Water Harvesting
Rainwater, a vital abiotic component of ecosystems, is collected and stored using engineered systems such as rooftops, compounds, and other catchment areas. This efficient method of rainwater harvesting ensures that pure, high-quality water can be used for various purposes like irrigation and cleaning. We harvest 75% of rainwater, enhancing our sustainable water management practices.
Waste Management
The final residue from our treated effluent undergoes further processing in our compost yard, where it is transformed into organic earthworm manure. This sustainable practice not only ensures effective waste management but also produces nutrient-rich compost that enhances soil health and supports organic farming practices.

Personnel & Operational Safety
We prioritize the ongoing training and education of our employees in operational safety within the workplace and lean manufacturing practices. This commitment ensures that our team remains well-prepared and informed, contributing to a safe working environment and promoting efficient production processes.
