Sri Vedha Mills (P) Ltd is a leading finishing and weaving unit for woven fabrics, including yarn-dyed, shirting, suiting, home furnishing, white, dyed, over-printed, kids' wear, and ladies' wear.
We specialize in manufacturing high-quality yarn-dyed, piece-dyed, printed, and over-printed fabrics, supported by our extensive expertise and robust infrastructure.
Finishing division
We are a leading finishing unit specializing in a variety of processes, including yarn-dyed mill finish, yarn-dyed mercerized, peach finish, brushing, flannelette, raising, wrinkle-free, heat setting, and value-added finishes. Our specialty finishes encompass water repellent, fire retardant, water absorption, oil repellent, soil release, stain guard, antimicrobial, scotch guard, insect repellent, crease resistant, clingy, chintz, perfume finish, crinkle wash, seersucker, high twist, body and feel improvement, color fastness improvement, and stain removal.
Weaving division
We offer a diverse range of fabric designs including plaid, twill, oxford, chambray, seersucker, crinkle, dobby designs, and double cloth flannelette up to 18 shafts, featuring up to 6-color weft designs in cotton and staple fibers. Our specialty products include fancy yarns such as mélanges, slubs, neps, Lycra blends, crafted yarns, special blended fabrics, multi-layered fabrics, multi-count fabrics, and space-dyed fabrics. We also provide printed, solid dyed, and overprinted options on yarn-dyed checks, slabs, and chambrays.

1999
Humble beginnings
While the earlier generation focused on batik, screen printing, roller printing, and similar techniques, we chose to establish an exclusive finishing unit to serve yarn-dyed fabric manufacturers. It was a modest start with just a tub washer and a sanforizer.
Prioritizing quality and service, we quickly earned recognition from our customers and expanded our offerings to include washing, line drying, flannelette brushing, stentering, peach finishing, and more.
2007
Expansion I
With the overwhelming support of our customers and the Government of India's reforms in the textile industry, including Technology Upgradation Funding, we expanded further into advanced machinery. This enabled us to serve the Automatic Shuttleless Weaving Industry with the installation of singeing, continuous washing, hot air stenter, sanforizer, peach finishing, and brushing machines, achieving a processing capacity of 40,000 meters per day.
2012
Expansion II
With increasing demand and market encouragement, we doubled our capacity from 40,000 meters to 80,000 meters per day by adding nearly the same set of machinery, including a hot air stenter, sanforizer, peach and brushing machines, and a chainless mercerizer.
2017
Weaving &Fabric Manufacturing division
With the installation of 24 air jet automatic looms, we entered the woven fabric manufacturing sector, leveraging the strengths of our team, infrastructure, and the opportunities within the industry. We began our journey as a fabric manufacturer, specializing in solid dyed fabrics, yarn-dyed fabrics, and printed fabrics. We develop custom fabrics to meet our clients' specific needs, ensuring exceptional quality, competitive pricing, and convenient lead times.
2023
Expansion III
Continuing our growth trajectory, we have expanded further by acquiring an additional 24 looms. This strategic investment enhances our manufacturing capacity and strengthens our position in meeting the evolving demands of the market for high-quality woven fabrics.
