Weaving:
Our facility is equipped with a total of 48 looms. These looms form the core of our in-house weaving capabilities, allowing us to produce a wide variety of high-quality fabrics. The range and flexibility of our looms enable us to meet diverse customer needs.
We specialize in producing a wide array of fabrics, including Plaid, Twill, Oxford, Chambray, Seersucker, Crinkle, Dobby designs, and Double cloth flannelette up to 18 shafts. Our looms can handle 6-color weft designs on both cotton and artificial fibres.
In addition to traditional fabrics, we offer special products using Fancy yarns such as Mélanges, Slubs, Neps, Lycra, Crafted yarn, Special blended fabric, Multi-layered fabric, Multi-count, and Space-dyed fabric.
We also provide a variety of finishing options, including Printed, Solid dyed, and Overprints on yarn-dyed Checks, Slabs, and Chambrays. This diversity in products and finishes allows us to cater to a wide range of customer preferences and market demands.
Finishing:
We are a leading finishing unit specializing in a wide range of processes including yarn dyed mill finish, yarn dyed mercerized, peach finish, brushing, flannelette, raising, wrinkle-free, heat setting, and value-added functional and specialty finishes. Our specialty finishes include water repellent, fire retardant, water absorption, oil repellent, soil release, stain guard, antimicrobial, Scotchguard, insect repellent, crease resistant, clingy, chintz, perfume finish, crinkle wash, seersucker, high twist, body & feel improvement, color fastness improvement, and stain removal.
Our facility is equipped with a singeing machine, continuous washing range, merceriser, hot air stenters, polymeriser, sanforiser, peach finishing machine, flannelette raising machine (brushing), felt calendaring, jigger wash, open stenter, and roll packing machine.
